Plates issued in 1963 were black on light yellow and 1-234 format. Numbers are all serials only. Note the gold in the miner's pan, a detail on every issue of the miner from 1953 to 1985.

This plate shows the graphic base issued from end 1991 and still current. The format is ABC12 and ran from AAA series. Letters and numbers are all serials only.
